This fact may be a surprise or concern to some and irrelevant to others. I believe it creates real opportunity for those who see the value in partnering with a supplier originating from a cabinet maker’s needs.

Consider this: we never wanted to source our own cabinet doors – we were forced to. Lumber, supplies and labor costs are unpredictable due to many internal variables that are hard, to near impossible to manage. It was always clear to us that outsourcing cabinet doors effectively stabilizes a large portion of these costs and allows for planned profit. Finding a supplier that could fulfill our needs proved to be a real challenge though.

While working with many local and national cabinet door companies, we were consistently placed in the position of choosing between higher quality, get-it-when-you-get-it, or lesser quality, have-it when-you-want-it solutions. Need product or service customized from either? Not a feasible option.

Despite strong efforts, we were unable outsource cabinet door solutions that enabled us to meet our customer demands. We had to be able to provide the product desired at the highest quality, on time, and correct. Unexpected needs had to be rapidly serviced. Commitments had to be met. TaylorCraft Cabinet Door Company was born and we became our first customer.

Today the goal remains the same. We strive to offer the highest quality, personalized and innovative product solutions and service that fit cabinet makers’ needs.
