We’ve been asked by multiple customers whether European hinges can be used on our 4S cabinet doors, and the answer is YES! Our 4S doors have no nails, nail holes or fasteners that could create hinge placement concerns, and 4S thickness is a true 3/4″ so hardware and hinges for 3/4″ thick doors are a perfect fit. 4S cabinet doors feature true craftsmanship built to last.
Typical skinny shaker cabinet doors can have issues with hinge placement due to their applied L-moulding, nails and fasteners in the narrow frame, and non-standard door thickness, but that is not the case for TaylorCraft’s 4S doors.
